Implementation of the solution in just 3 steps (*)

Send us the file of your travelers' profiles and, if any, their travel approvers, both to approve the travel request and for any 'out of policy'.

If you already have a travel agency, for the issue of air tickets (IATA) you just need to indicate the name of the agency; we integrate with any agency on any GDS, Amadeus, Galileo.

Otherwise, if you don't have an agency yet or you want to evaluate an alternative offer we are also a travel agency, ask us for information.

We will upload the file with the names, 'miles cards' and any approvers in the solution. Then we will apply the same 'travel policy' (the best available rate) to everyone.

Finally we will configure the agency address (OID) to which to send the airline reservations for the issuance of tickets. You will be able to keep the payment method you currently have, directly from the agency or with a company card. Tickets for Low Cost and trains will be issued at the same time as booking.

Hotels can be paid for by the agency, with a company card, or at check-out.

You or your Travel Manger can log in and make your first reservations, checking - with our support - that all payment systems have been configured as requested.
If all is well, the solution is ready! You can communicate it to all travelers, who will have to create their own credentials and can start booking at the best available rates!
All bookings and related costs are saved in the travel history and available in the reporting system available to the Travel Manager.

(*) If you do not have specific integration needs with your business systems, you want to start quickly and you just need to start with the pre-configured travel policies (e.g. purchase at the best rate), then you can implement the solution in 3 simple steps.
If, on the other hand, you want to create different 'groups of travelers' (for example those traveling in economy and those in business), you want to automate the synchronization of profiles with your HR management system, you want to integrate all booking costs into your ERP, then you will have to ask for an ad hoc project.
